Primary Investigators or Co-Investigators ensure the submission of a complete proposal package based on the CHS IRB Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) checklists. Confirmation from the IRB officer will be sent for the submission of the complete proposal package and registration on the IRB system.
Primary investigators or Co-PIs may request amendments for the approved protocols through the system.
AAU CHS IRB provides an approval letter for one year. Therefore the Investigators shall request renewals/extensions for the active protocols every year.
Investigators are expected to report SAE to the IRB within 24 hours using the IRB SOP checklist. You may find the checklist on the system.
Investigators are expected to submit their progress report based on the scheduled time period on their approval letter. You may find the progress report request page on the system
